I have been trying to get my Jobulator fixed for over a week. The first three solutions offered did not work. The next three requests have not been acknowledged. I have been using Jobulator for about five years and never had an issue. About ten days ago, I apparently was upgraded or updated to a new program. I have not received a single Jobulator notification since. I am very frustrated, to say the least. Can someone please contact me?

Jobulator is a terrible website if there is a problem no one takes calls only email and somethings can not be fixed on email I have lost many jobs and email help is a joke
A real person should be available to help fix certain problems.

I am a substitute teacher with two school districts. Recently, I combined the two districts together on AESOP Frontline. However, now Frontline only submits one school district for available job assignments. This happens even though I enter in a different number for my ID. It sends messages/notices from the other district which is Atlanta Public Schools. However, it does not submit any available assignments from Atlanta Public Schools. It only submits available work for the City Schools of Decatur. Can you please inform me how to acquire available assignments for Atlanta Public Schools?

I have used Aesop for many years. I am not getting job notifications. My district says that there is nothing wrong on their end. I substitute in the Mogadore Local Schools. The last job listing I received was September 22, 2017. I was hoping you could check and see that I am still connected to Aesop. I can log in, no problem, I have not received notification of jobs.

I am a teacher who was trying to post an absence through my home computer. I was not able to do this because the program kept on cycling and not loading. I COULD NOT FIND A PHONE NUMBER IN ORDER TO TALK TO A "PERSON" I am home sick today and very upset because I can still not find a phone number to contact someone to call in an absence. I eventually was able to get through on my iphone. I told my principal I would be contacting you today to find out what my district can do, if what happened to me happens to anyone else? What am I going to tell him? I could still find no numbers that can help teachers in real time just message taking numbers and this complaint feature? I hope a real person can get back to me about this with a solution to this problem. Sick teachers do not need to fight with a sub service, they need a more friendly sub service and to rest.
