I want to complain about hotel offer through your website. I am now in Andrews hotel, San Fransisco. I am disappointed with the room, because it is totally different with the pictures and review. The floor was never cleaned, the bed sheet was never changed, shower is purposely set in luke warm condition (no hot water), noisy (we can hear any voice from the hall and car park, no privacy (clean lady knocked the door to ask when we leave so that she can clean the room). It ruins our holiday totally. This experience is not 1st time. We had same experience as we booked a hotel in Paris back in 2012. This is not only mistake from hotel. Agoda shall control the pictures and reviews, so that all customers are happy to use your service. I expect that you give me a good reaction.
