There has been an unauthorized transaction of sgd 7498. 67 on 25th June 2016 at 4. 44am on my OCBC frank credit card which I was alerted via SMS from ocbc bank on 25th June 2016 at 4. 59am. I spoke to Sam Lim, an agent from Agoda's customer help-desk, he had verified that the transaction was done by someone else and not by me, I appreciate an email confirmation from Agoda that the booking transaction of $7498. 67 was made by another person using my credit card and that I will not be liable for any charges. I just spoke with your customer service officer, Mr Rashid who said he was based in Europe, regarding the misuse of a credit card belonging to my boss, Mr Lee Yuen Hee, to make a hotel booking. Mr Lee's credit card shows a deduction of $150. 22 for Agoda Hotel Reservation London 826. Mr Rashid advised that a hotel booking for 7-8 Jan 2015 at Hotel Perdana Kota Karu was made by a Mr Idayu. What terrible service, Agoda I booked a room at Link Hotel today at 1150am. It is now 5. 38pm and I have not gotten the booking voucher in my email inbox, neither is my booking reflected in my Agoda account. I had to call Link Hotel myself and check with them if the booking got through. Finally after hours I was able to get through the customer service hotline, only to speak to a MACHINE and realise there is NO customer service HUMAN officer whom I can really speak to. The only option I had is to press yet another button and wait 30mins for Agoda to RE-SEND the voucher to me. I will wait 30mins. If I do not get the voucher this time, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO THEN?

We booked three rooms in October 2014 from 31st Dec until the 5th of January 2015. We received a phone call this evening 25th of December to tell us that the hotel is under renovation and were provided with an alternative two star hotel. We are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this last minute change. Our friends have come over from Dublin an this is simply not acceptable to have this kind of service. We want to get this resolved ASAP. I can not believe and will not accept that Agoda did not know of this renovation in the hotel???? Why did it take so long to communicate this out to is. Dear customer service,
I want to complain about hotel offer through your website. I am now in Andrews hotel, San Fransisco. I am disappointed with the room, because it is totally different with the pictures and review. The floor was never cleaned, the bed sheet was never changed, shower is purposely set in luke warm condition (no hot water), noisy (we can hear any voice from the hall and car park, no privacy (clean lady knocked the door to ask when we leave so that she can clean the room). It ruins our holiday totally. This experience is not 1st time. We had same experience as we booked a hotel in Paris back in 2012. This is not only mistake from hotel. Agoda shall control the pictures and reviews, so that all customers are happy to use your service. I expect that you give me a good reaction. After this letter, if you just ignore my complaint, you will lose a regular customer and I will tell my friends, colleagues and family.
