HelloSorry about the delay in contacting you, but I would like to query about the recent charges I had when I hired a car in Florida in August 2015. I have attached my paperwork for you to look at. My story is, I hired two cars when booking my holiday in the UK, on reaching Florida the guy at the desk said he would upgrade the cars and only charge me one upgrade fee. The guy did one of the lots of paperwork and his colleague did the other. I agreed to the upgrade on the offer of only being charged for one. When I received my credit card bill I found I had been charged for both the upgrades. I am a little disappointed that I was told one thing, at the point of sale and then when I got home found it had differed on my Visa bill. RegardsStephen Foster - 07791 034461I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and let me know why I has misled when I arrived at the airport rather tired.

Reservation 263331981 @ Boston USA UK June/July 2015We returned the vehicle ONE hour late and have been charged a total of £97. We were not advised that this would happen prior to departing Boston should we be late back. Why such a high charge for one hour? The daily rate for our hire period was much less Having loyally used Alamo for many years and never had this charge made before we feel cheated by this action of Alamo. I have emailed Enterprise (booking) who have supplied a copy invoice so that I could identify this charge (thought it was toll fees) and when I saw the real reason emailed back saying how upset and angry at this action by you. I also asked for a refund. This was many days ago and so far they have failed to respond or acknowledge my mail. Unless some sort of satisfaction is reached I shall be taking all my future USA hire business elsewhere because of this shoddy treatment.

Case reference 200024039447, Agent CP4, Rental invoice 100412720951Our on-line reservation was for GBP108. 77. We pay also for a full tank GBP36. 26 and we requested a policy with excess of GBP1000. 00. The employee told us the extra cost was total GBP16. 66. We pay with card the amount of GBP313. 21. We asked why and he said that they included the guarantee deposit GBP250. 00. He ensure us that this amount will be refunded to our card after we return the car. At ourbank statement they deducted the whole amount (EUR405. 50). I sent them several complains without receiving a prober answer so I proceeded with a Dispute Transactions via my bank. After 5. five months they reply that the insurance I made was marked as GoZen and the charge was GBP16, 66 x 7days totaly GBP116, 62. It was clearly a mistake of the staff(he was a Pakistan origin and a very confuses person). He mislead us and he cheated us when he ensure that they will refund the deposit later on without mentioning the cost of the insurance.
