Mr. Steven Burch On Phone To Alaska Airlines Service
Hello, made plans to take mother in law, 86, to Mexico, but she is not able to make the trip (gout). I know I bought restricted tickets, but what wondering if we could get flight credit. Thank you,

Mr. Richard Kibben On Phone To Alaska Airlines Service
My name is Richard Kibben . I recently flew round trip from Orlando, FL to Portland OR. I paid for a premium class seat on the return flight. I believe I paid $50 for this upgrade. My Confirmation code was TRKPHS. Dates of Travel were April 12 (Flt 727)and April 17 (Flt 782). I respectfully request a refund for the business class upgrade. A 250 lb woman was seated next to me which made the entire trip very uncomfortable. Her body spilled over into my space. If Alaskan Airlines sells tickets to 250 lb people, they need to buy two seats. The flight attendant had to get her a seat belt extension. It is unreasonable to have a customer pay $50 upgrade and be seated next to such an obese persons that reversed any benefit paid for a "better" seat. Thank you for your consideration.
Ms. Kristin Eve Ballo On Phone To Alaska Airlines Service
Naomi with Customer Service in Seattle helped me with an excellent solution to my scheduling problem last night. She saved me from a 27 hour transfer from London to Spokane, Wa on Nov the 22 this year. This is a comment about the excellence of her service along with that of Tina another, scheduler. She showed caring, compassion and expertise in solving my problems. Please give her recognition and kudos. Kris Ballo.
