Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Recently I used Korean Air's service for my travel and when I came back, I realised that my luggage is spoilt. The wheels cracked into half and the luggage has some cracks. I suspect this may happen during the transfer of the luggages. I hope Korean Air will compensate me for the damage. I tried attaching some files however I cannot seem to be able to attach. I can do it separately if the officer in charge gets in touch with me. Here is my flight itinerary:

A suggestion:
If you put the text of your automated phone menu online, customers can refer to it when calling and know if what they want to do can be done by the automated function. They will be able to jump right to the selection they want which will save them time and keep them happy. It will also save your call centre officers work and shorten customer waiting time. Thanks.

I tried to do an online check in for tomorrow's flight and there seem to be a technical problem with Korean Air website. I was prompted to contact Korean Air customer service. The personnel from Korean Air customer service was not helpful at all. Instead if helping me to resolve the problem, I am told to do my check in at the airport instead. On top of that, the personnel had the audacity to tell me that I should have made my request while I booked my ticket. I have done online check in when I flown with Korean Air and there is no problem at all. For a prestigious and efficient airline as Korean Air, the customer service is a disappointment.

I had flown Korean Air on 2014 October 01 from Singapore to Chicago (KE0642, KE0037) and return from Chicago to Seoul (KE0038 on October 15) and Seoul to Singapore (KE0643 on October 18). I had also registered as SKYPASS MEMBER before departure from Singapore. Unfortunately I was unable to login as I have forgotten my User ID, Password.
