On June four I placed an ad. Ad001409985 account1043817
Two days later I sold the TV and cancelled the bal. Of the days the ad was to run. I phoned, and spoke with a man named Mark and he told me I would receive a refund )I've forgotten the amount) He said I paid using a credit card. I said "no" that was an error made by the young lady who placed the ad. I didn't catch the error until I cancelled the ad. I TOLD MARK I paid by check. Bank of America, chk. 2569 dated June 4. He said he would check it out, and placed me on "hold". I was on hold for a full 15 minutes, then disconnected, and called back Mark. He disconnected me. I called back again, and he disconnected me once more. I called a third time, he answered, and said he would call me back to tell me when I would receive the refund. Those phone calls were made on June 6th. It is now June 16th. And I haven't heard back from Mark, and I haven't received my refund.

I live in Sandia Park, @6 Cienega Canyon, my name is Mary Reed and I did not receive a paper this morning, all the other boxes had papers in them, but mine did not, also my paper has been torn and I am beginning to think the paper guy has it in for me since I have complained so much about his service.
