I was discharged yesterday October 18. 2022 room 345 I noticed when I got home that inhaler that brother took picture of was not the correct inhaler given to me at hospital they gave me venturing 90mcg one puff every six hours was suppose to get albuterol sulfate 90mcg two puffs every four hours not to mention, but nurse said you can take inhaler and respiratory said shouldn't take inhaler without a spacer also respiratory told me if needed a treatment sooner than four hours to tell nurse and to page respiratory they would come right away, but when told nursesaid not time yet I have many complaints about how I was treated during my stay first day gave me no skid proof socks. Didn't give me phone or call button on bed left way on night stand not on bed gave me gown not snapped no tissues no wastebasket by bed no spit bowl.

October 14 from room 345 and on two of my medications had drjoseph zerrudo who I never saw dr Pantano had prescribed those medicines fluticasone propionate spray andcodeine-guaifen10-100mg/5ml also saw icu nurse Kathryn on Friday October 14 2022 was having hard time breathing she told nurses I needed steroid injection and blood work and ct xray chest the plan was to send home with prednisone and when discharged no prednisone was charted and I have gotten worse since discharged. On October 18.
