I have one unit of Sharp Water Oven Healsio. When on, light is on, but not functioning. I have tried to contact your representative to arrange for service, but already four mths no one call to attend my complain. Please let us know how could I proceed for the report for service. I am very upset on the service of your representative. For others Electrical Appliances which I purchased from outside, we did not experience such delay. I has purchased bio vitamin c pills from your agents. Unfortunately the color of the pills change therefore i spoke to the Amway agents NAME MR. RAYMOND (0169060605) to change, but Amway rep refuse to change the product. Therefore i officially complaint reading the Amway product has needed to for a quality control. If this problem is not solved i will sent an official letter to kementerian kesihatan for further action.

Dear Sir,

On 21 July 2013, I was made purchased of more than RM1000 of Amway's products at Bukit Indah warehouse located at Johor Bahru. Due to the huge order from the various customer, I have then requested an additional/several Amway plastic beg so that I can segregate and deliver it to each of my customer (with Amway plastic beg).

However, the staff (believed was the head of staff in-charge) had refused to provide me the additional plastic begs.
