- eBay sellers Please do not use aramex. It will destroy your reputation, feedbacks and business.

My experience as a Buyer with aramex:

How corrupted a global Indian company can be?
Look no further than eBay.in.

It seems eBay India is run by it's delivery company called Aramex.

Aramex decides which package to deliver, which package to delay for weeks or even which package not to deliver. Their lies and blames had make many buyers angry towards ebay India.

I think it's time for top level eBay India officers and executives to look deep in to these problems with aramex before aramex can destroy their reputation and business.

aramex has already destroyed relations between many sellers and buyers.

Having arranged a delivery, at given location, two days prior, ie our home address. when phoning to enquire where my delivery was, as it had gone past the arranged delivery time. I was told that the courier made four phone calls to my phone. However, I had no missed calls from him, despite my phone being in use during this period of time in which he said he could not get an answer from me..I do NOT expect to be to spoken rudely and shouted at by the courier, when making an enquiry as to why he had not delivered to me..!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I received a SMS on 15/8/13 at 14:19:09 from your office to contact your office Tel number 600544000 'to get the delivery address'. I called the same no on the same day i.e 15/8/13 and was advised that my shipment under way bill number 3877217444 would be delivered to me on 17th/Saturday between 0900 and 1400 hrs. I cancelled an appointment and am at home to receive this shipment. However, when I called this morning i.e. 17/8/13 to reconfirm delivery time, I was told that it might be tomorrow i.e.18/8/13. Now I can not be at home all the time to receive the shipment, if it is not delivered today i.e. 17/8/13 as assured!

Very disappointed with the delivery service.i was told each time I called it will be delivered in a hours time and this is happening for the past three days .I would have called more then10 times.finelly they said today between 9Am- one pm it will be delivered, but its seven p.m and still I haven't got it.The person who called me after one p.m said he does not know the location and cut the line where as I had clearly given the address and since I am flying today it's really disappointing.The whole day I was at home waiting for this not able to attend to my other work.
