Aquafina Customer Service Number Delineated Here With Complaints and Reviews
How can one open your water bottles without spilling water all over the furniture or one's clothing? I've never had this problem with any other brand of water and it's happened with every bottle of Aquafina I've ever opened. And, unfortunately I have two cases of your product. The other issue I've had is that many of the bottles have had a rounded bottom and do not sit flat. So, if one doesn't remember to replace the cap after every sip, and the bottle is set down on the table, once again water is spilled all over the furniture and clothing.

I have been drinking Aquafina water since it came out, however lately the bottles seem flimsy, like the very cheap bottled water, when you try to open the bottle, it crushes and spills out. I do not like this at all, one main reason I choose your product is of the sturdy bottle. I seriously hope this is not permanent. If so, I will be choosing another product. Thank you.

I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada and can not find a store that has Aquafina water, checked loblows and they do not have it either. Thanks - maddie.

The last four times I've bought the water the bottles fall over. Not sure if you've changed the plastic or what, but I'm very disappointed. I've bought your water for years. The whole point of bottled water is so you csn have it on the go. I always brought mine to work, but csnt now cuz they fall over and spill all over my desk.

I purchase a case of Aquafina water from Walgreens. I have found each time I try to open a bottle, the cap is on so tight I have to hold the bottle tightly. This causes water to ooze out the top before I can get the cap off to drink. The water then spills over on the floor, on clothing if in car. Etc. I dread opening the bottle because of the spillage that is unpreventable due to the tightness of the cap and the crumpling of the bottle. I mainly purchase DASANI water because of the thickness of the bottle and will not crumple while trying to remove the top, but when I cannot catch DASANI on sales, I purchase Aquafina as a second choice.

Hello my husband John Tilghman called you few weeks ago about water bottles from November 6th not being shut, I purchase two cases a week and last night I go to open one from the case I bought over the weekend and it not sealed. The date is November 6th I didn't really listen to the date because he said you were gonna pull the water from that week. Now I have two cases again that are not sealed. My is 321-228-3003. I bought a case of water lost receipt, but kept the plastic case the water came in. The water tasted bad the whole case. My older married friend bought two cases-both bad. One smelled like swamp water. They still have both plastic cases. We can give you the upc plastic. Will you please try to make thing right.
