Good afternoon - My name is Timothy M Burton and earlier today I was involved in an incident in the car park at ASDA Minworth which caused me some injury. I suffered a nasty head wound which was examined by your First Aider (Rebecca, who was extremely helpful and sympathetic.) I was advised that I should contact Town and City Parking who are apparently responsible for the maintenance of the car park. In my opinion, they need to urgently adjust the height of the green and blue Disabled and Parent/Child signs in the car park as they are set at a dangerous height. However, I cannot get through to Town and City Parking (who I understand may have changed their company name anyway) as their telephone system just puts me permanently on hold. Could you please advise me of the name and address of the person or company I should write to, as I wish to register a formal complaint. Many thanks in advance, Timothy M Burton .

I visited the store on Sunday 16th to purchase perfume. I asked a member of staff to open the cabinet for me. Off she went to get the key, ten minutes later she returned and informed me that she could not find it. She said it might be on the Pharmacy desk. I went over to Pharmacy where I was told that its usually kept on the photo dept, but they hide it so that they are not interrupted by customers. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. At this point another member of staff approached me and said she would look on customer service, but to no avail. After waiting 40 minutes I had to leave.

Good afternoon I was doing my weekly shop bank holiday Monday when I brought three packs of meat for £10 which in included chicken fillets mince meat and pork steaks I opened the chicken fillets today to cook and the smell that come out of the pack was horrendous the date on this item was 1st April F I had of cooked the chicken me and my family would have been very poorly I pick your fresh meats as they have always been fresh, but not no more I shall never purchase meat or fresh items from your store again I suggest you check your chicken fillets that are out on shelf as a family mite. Become very sick from your gone of meats to say I'm disgusted is a under statement I have now had to throw away the rest of my meat I also brought 07534285077.

I shopped at Asda Minworth on Sunday March 29th 2015 at about 11:30am And found to my surprise, together with many others that there was NO lamb available in the meat section. I do not believe that it had sold out as a member of staff informed us that there was none there all morning. It is not a good sight to see empty areas on the shelf this early in the dayWhile I am in complaint mode can you also answer why, when I went to get some yoghurts, in that aisle were eight members of staff, with all their trollies of delivery baskets all in one aisle and thus blocking access to the goods on the shelf. When I asked a lady employee she answered that they had to go somewhere and turned away to carry on speaking to her colleagues. This did not feel like good customer service. No lamb for lunch and having to return to the yoghurts aisle did not add up to a good experience.

My wife and two grandchildren visited the store on thursday 31st July 2014. They decided to have lunch in the restaurant, the meals were excellent and good value for money, but unfortunately the cutlery was very dirty they had to got through the knives, forks and spoons to find clean ones. This is not the first time this has happened, more attention needs to be taken by staff to see the items are washed to a better standard. B2zh.
