This will make the 4th Sunday in a row that I did not receive my subscription which is paid up until Sept 2017. I've made multiple phone calls, but for some reason Customer Service claims they will email the carrier. It evident this is not working. I've spoken to supervisors with No resolve. It's hilarious Birmingham News is on Fox News complaining about people stealing newspapers when I've paid and still have to purchase a weekly paper. Feels like I'm being robbed. I would appreciate receiving the service that I paid for, In the meantime, I'm in the process of phoning in my weekly useless phone call, which ends with nothing Resolved. I have complained about my paper not being in the paper box 4-5 times now and still i get a newspaper that is wet, turned yellow from the sun or unreadable from being ran over by traffic. When i signed up that was the one stipulation I had and apparently its too much trouble for the carrier to put it in the box labeled Birmingham News. When i signed up it was two papers a day and now its three a week with them unreadable. Don't mind taking my money just do not provide service as promised. And good luck contacting customer service on the phone, they are as sketchy as the delivery.

I have called 325-4444 four times to request opt out of extra section delivery. Each time i was assured delivery would end. It just keeps arriving in my driveway. I opted out of delivery twice online at the extra section website and the extra section keeps on arriving despite the fact that i got a confirmation email stating delivery would stop. Just called Customer service and reported that I have not had a paper delivered to me in the past since November 1st. Told I was given a credit on my account for the missed paper for one day. I wanted to make sure it was delivered and asked for my carrier's name and phone number and she said she didn't have this information. Wanted to check and see if my paper is being stolen or if the carrier is not delivering. I am giving this one more week. My paper is late and I had to search three times to find a phone number that actually worked to report the late paper. The number for the circulation dept. Listed on the Facebook page is no longer in service. Searches for Birmingham News Circulation Dept.come up with no useful information. So, in short, The News reduced the papers and content they deliver, then hide the customer service dept. Contact info to make it more difficult to find them. Oh, and they did not lower the fee they charge for these "enhancements". What a deal.
