I love my bio onic blo dryer. That being said, I bought this dryer because of the warranty only to find out if it blows out twice within the ten years I'm out of luck. The original receipt goes back to you the first time and no original receipt the second. Then I am told I can BUY a new one for 40% off. I have tried calling and since December and emailed February 7th and cannot get a hold of anyone. I am on my 2nd Bio Ionic flat iron (gold pro) within a year due to a faulty wire. It is very frustrating to have a product that doesnt last then a company who doesnt have the customer service to assist. Your voicemail doesnt allow for recordings and no one picks up when i call. I would like my flat iron replaced or my money back. I thought i was replacing my old Chi iron, but that has not let me down like this flat iron has. Very disappointing product and customer service. Please call or email me to discuss replacing the flat iron or refunding my money. Thank you,

I sent in a 10x hair dryer Dec 27th, tracking said you received Dec 29 at 11;35. It is now been almost two months now. I have call the 888 number I have e-mailed a few times. I, now have faxed head office, and am sending you a letter also. I cant't get anyone to call me or e-mail me. Can't even leave a phone message at your head office. It won't let you. I hope someone will contact me, and tell me where my dryer is. 303-280-1772.
