I thought I would try out your birthday card offer, for $15 a year, but I have found, in the trial period, that I never use it. I do not want to avail myself of this offer. But you people have cleverly blocked every way that one can reach you to reject the offer. For example, if one tries to use the Forgot your password? feature, it is in a loop that never results in retrieving a password. Customer phone numbers do not work. If this is not resolved within two business days, I will first report your company as a hoax on several sites; and I will then report your company to the FBI fraud division.
