I transferred from your post paid service to prepaid about four days ago. I decided to go with the "pay as you go plan" even though I had second thoughts about it due to my friends beng "robbed" of their credit. However, upon switching I ensured that whilst I was at home and using WIFI that my cellular data network was disabled as well as my 3G. I would like some type of explanation as to how is it that my credit balance this morning was $43…and at 11:30 am after leaving home and sending out a SMS, I received a text message from you all stating that "balance is $2. 00 or below". I would not like to exercise my consumer rights and take this matter further, as its not the first time I had my account re-credited by your company because of incompetency on your end, which in the end I had to suffer as a paying customer. Hence the reason I was so eager to switch from post paid plan to a prepaid plan.
