Acquisition of Broadview Security
In January 2010,
Tyco International Limited, a Swiss security systems company announced about the acquiring of Broadview Security and merging of Broadview Security into ADT Security Services, a division of Tyco. In Mid-2010, the Broadview Security sold to Tyco International for $2.0 billion and all products and services of Broadview Security became family of ADT brand.
