Good Morning

I had a new phone installed early October 2017 which has not worked since being installed and is still not working as I can not make or receive calls. I sincerely hope I am not getting charged any kind of service fee and if I am please sort this out and credit my account

I have been in touch just about every week complaining, , but as yet this issue has not been resolved and if it is not up and running by the end of this month I would like someone to remove the phone, box etc. Yours faithfully

I have been to your btc Southwest plaza During the months of September, October and November 2017 to cancel the oversees package where you pay additional $5. 95 per month. It seems like the ladies there is not doing there job, every month btc is still billing me an amount for $35. 07, where as my bill should be $ 29. 37. I went into your Carmichael location today to pay my bill and was charge an amount of $35. 07 this is very upsetting to know I was trying to cancel this extra service for September 2017 and still being charge. I pay my bill in full because I do not need any late fees added to my bill. This is not fair I need someone to assist me and give me my credit and fix my account for the month of January 2018. I am being charge for a service I do not use and for something I do not want. My home contact is 361-0520 any additional information someone can contact me. I cannot upload my photo. I really need this matter resole as soon as possible. Thank you.
