I have a Cherry Mobile Flare 4. Today when I was updating apps, Touchpal Keyboard V5. 7. 9. 0. 201601271713 online crashlog appeared for me to send. But after pressing send thru gmail, the same message kept appearing several times as draft. Even if you press discard using this phone and using my laptop, this message kept appearing on my cellphone. I cannot use this phone today due to this problem. How can I delete the said message so i can use the phone? I will use my laptop to read my email instead.

I bought my daughter a Cherry Mobile Flare XL Plus last 07 October 2017 in Robinson's Metro East. As observed, the battery is too quick to drain - even without any applications opened. Can we request for the battery to be changed/checked?

Sir/Maam,
Good day, i would like to complain about the cellphone it is Desire R7, i bought in Cherry Mobile store in savemore tacloban last December, 12, 2017. On January 15, 2018, it turn off automatically because its zero% battery low. Even how many hours i am going to recharge, does not charging and the phone is not functioning. I went to the store from where i bought. What i want is to replace for another model because it seems this model is not durable. But it cannot be because their policy is only 3days replacement. So i went to their service center to check the phone. I am following up whats the status of my phone, they said that they send the phone to manila. Its almost one month now, but my phone is not yet done. I want to complain for the very slow process of your repair. Thank you and i am hoping for your immediate action because i need to use my phone.
