I went back to your bank again this January with the attempt to cash the check. Jenifer told me that "we cannot cash any of the checks." She seemed very angry. I had a feeling that there is something to do with Nina, one of the supervisors. I went to talk to Nina & new manager but was to no avail. On January 15th, I called corporate office asking for CEO. After knowing that the nature of my call is about complaint, the operator transferred me to HR instead. On my follow-up call on the 22nd, I spoke to Ms. Lin @ 424-277-4553. On the 27th, I got a phone call from Julie, the manager. After she learned that I still hold those checks uncashed, she again refused to tack in those checks. The reason for her decline is simply that they don’t have any of my information on record while I have over $400,000 investment with this branch, and bank has made a lot of commission through me. After my phone conversation with Julie on the 27th, I called HR, and left “Noor” several messages.
