My daughter and son in law opened an NRE and NRO account in Citi bank India through Citi Bank U. S. A. Somewhere around 2013. Actual account activated In December 2014 and they gave cheque mandate to a person in Chennai, given all required documents of cheque mandate, in Chennai. All the banking formalities were over a month back still not received the cheque book till date. Is this the way an international bank behaves. All false promises. All the time they replies 48 hrs time the cheque book will reach to them. But till date nothing. Son in law and daughter following this closely there and they are also intimating us. But nothing works out. We are waiting at home for the courier. Waste of time. If you respond this immediately I will call over phone and reveal the account number etc. My telephone number is 9790898971.
