Wondering about installing Congoleum airstep plus Starlight Oasis Beige 58020 over single layer osb and using QS120 around the perimeter of the area? Would this be ok or does underlayment need to be applied even though not gluing the main portion just edges. I have tried calling. The store (Lowes) has tried calling and no one calls back. Can't get a live person, have to leave message. Message says that is checked every hour. Lowes is frustrated and so are we. Can't contact anyone. Only one number 609-584-3601 listed, but can not get through to anyone.

Hours and days are different on website When you select to speak with someone, it rings through and then you get the same message of hours Monday through Thursday yada yada yada

I am trying to find a person or an email or a number to get some specific information and your website appears to be the worst I have ever had the misfortune to come in contact with. I need information from Congoleum regarding the American Disabilities Act and Congoleum vinyl. Could someone please assist me with a direct contact.

I have left repeated phone calls and email messages to Ellen Gerhardt as well as to the customer service Department for the purpose of resolving the claim I have with you. Ellen did send me a letter offering a one-time replacement of my Dura Plank II flooring and I signed and returned the settlement letter. My questions of how to proceed now have not been answered by Ms. Gerhardt or by Customer Service. This claim has been going on since November. My question is: will Congoleum arrange for installation or do I? Additionally no one has contacted Carpet City where the flooring was purchased. Please contact stevenm@carpetcitywi.com in order to expedite this matter. Steve Martin, the manager of Carpet City, has been made aware of this problem. Thank you. Pam Keenan.
