I have contacted your company several times. One of those was via Facebook to receive a very rude comment as a reply. I have requested frequently to be removed from your mailing list. I have been told I am and yet the emails are still coming. If I cannot get this stopped I will have you company Spam listed. I will try telephoning bu the time difference between the west coast of North America and the Australian East Coast of Australia is 22 hours and it is difficult.

I just wanted to let you know that I've been watching Joe Dirt two, and for some reason there haven't been any advertisements at all. The little break goes by, where the ad should be, but then the movie just keeps playing right away. I do not mind, of course, since I've seen the three commercials you've got going right now so many times I could probably recite them verbatim, but thought you should know since I appreciate your service and understand that's your revenue model, and is probably especially important to show the ads during a newer, probably more popular movie like Joe Dirt 2. Ok, I do not have any actual issues to report. Hope you get'er fixed and keep on keeping on. Lol. ;).

I am in Australia and have been watching days of our lives on crackle since April 2013. Everything has been going great until this week. Episodes 66 to 70 does not match the blurb. The episodes are out of synchronize. Episode 65 has sami's first day in court and then episode 66 has her already home with EJ and everything is sorted. It is completely out of whack. 10/20/14. Customer service representative transferred the call to technical support only to have the call go to voice mail. Left name and number. Problem: the crackle application on my vizio smart TV does not work. When you select any option from the drop down menu the application goes into an endless loop and does not play. The application has been uninstalled, reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Vizio technical support tried everything even setting the television back to factory default and crackle still would not work.
