I have no mobile phone number here in Afghanistan. I am a Department of the Army Federal Civil Service Employee (GS-13) deployed with the 3rd Infantry Division to Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. We have not been able to get into the MyPay website for the past three days. I am told by our (IT) J-6 shop that the DFAS MyPay website is unaccessible outside of the Continental US (OCONUS) right now. Is this correct and if so when will OCONUS access be restored? Access to your Pay is a primal concern for every Service Member and DoD Civilian - and this is quite unacceptable. We can get the LES availability emails from DFAS, but no access to it. Very unacceptable.

I am a VA employed Physician, not a Veteran and have been trying for several days to get a password, I did get an e-mail stating that it should show up in less than an hour. It never arrived, so I did request help, and my ticket number is 2201810100909. On 10/12/18 I believe the note I got implied that the problem is that in addition to the VA, the computer seems to think that I may still work for the Army I have been with the WTVAHCS (519) since 7/21/07, except that in 5/2011 (as they closed our Urgent Care) I transferred to Ft Huachuca (Army) for six months and left there by 11/15/11. PLEASE FIND SOME WAY TO PROVIDE ME WITH A NEW PASSWORD (PAYROLL). THANK YOU, KURT C OLSON, MD CELL 661 478 2170. Call me if you need my SS Hope you had a good week-end.
