I bought shoes from your walthamstow store on monday 6June, but they didnot fit fight to my son next day 7June about three o clock i went there to exchange the size, but the lady was there she was like shop rude like she is going to eat me. What talk we bad i already said that i just did mistake i should throw shoes there ana straight way go to your complaint department, but i bad kids with me so i just get the changed item. What your staffs think what they are they just work there not running their own buisness so they can talk to us like animals. Now i really do not want that shoes no comfortable for my little one, but i do not want to see her face can you help with dat. This third time i am doing it thanks.

I recently returned boots to your Plymouth Store as they were faulty. This is the 2nd time due to a similar problem. The sales assistant did not return the receipt to me when I returned the 1st pair and so, I did not have it when I returned. I was advised that I could only have a gift card for the sale price as I did not have the receipt. I was disappointed with this, as I have been inconvenienced twice now and it was not my error I spoke with the Manager who was adamant there was nothing she could do. I understood her position, but I politely asked her if there was anyone else she could ask. I got the impression that she was not happy. However, she said she would speak with her Area Manager. Minutes later, she returned saying that her Area Manager agreed with her. I decided to keep my boots and speak with customer service.
