The institution was founded by the great Philanthropist and Educationist Mr. S.P Lall the Chairman of DITMR and the Pro Vice Chairman of Delhi Public School, Palwal. The institute is also running under the kind control of Mr. M.L Dhingra and Mr. Harbans Lal, the eminent member of society.
