Hello there, we are regular customer of Delsey Luggage. This year we went to Japan in February, while shopping we liked one of the delsey suitcase very much. We instantly bought it as we love delsey’s style and durability. Now I was packing my stuff in the suitcase for upcoming holidays, when I was zipping it, it cracked all of sudden. There was neither heavy stuff inside nor did I put pressure on it. I was really shocked. It is under international warranty where can I take it for replacement or repair.

Hi and I bought a luggage bag/ suitcase in India from the Delsey store. I realised after an year that the suitcase had cracked. It's in good condition and hasn't been abused. I moved to Canada then after buying the suitcase. I am still with the Warranty period. I do not have the original invoice or the warranty card, but have a scanned copy of the invoice issued to me. The chaps there are not a bit interested in even talking to us leave aline replacement. Not a complaint but I am in need of parts. One of our two new helium Shadow 25 Exp Spinner suitcase locks was damaged in a cruise transit and only with some effort we were able to get the suitcase open, but the lock is damaged. So that we couldn't lock it anymore. When I got home I was able to remove the damaged locket from the case and tried to fix it without success. Could I purchase a new side lock set? I bought a Helium light carry-on luggage a few years ago. I only travel two or three times a year and therefore the luggage was seldom used. When I traveled to Asia last week, the pull-out-handler of the luggage broke all of a sudden as I walked along the aisle in the airplane. It was so embarrassing because many passengers were watching me carrying this half-handler luggage. You can imagine how inconvenient for me to pull this carry-on with me in the rest of my trip.

Sirs, I called the number on the website to be told the address shown has been defunct for years. So why is it showing on the site? Secondly, I was told the warranty clearly states that I need to pay to get the luggage to you, after which you assess, repair and return it to me. Your warranty states no such thing - I have it in front of me. The spring handle on my case has jammed at first use. This is really poor. It would be nice if someone could contact me to discuss this as you customer service line is not very friendly and keeps telling me I'm not reading what I am reading. We cannot both be right here.

Very disappointed in Delsey's customer service regarding a defective suitcase. I have to pay to ship the defective bag to Santa Barbara. That is not in line with your mission statement, vision and values. The handle wasn't screwed into the bag, so the material ripped away revealing the intact medal piece that should've been screwed in. I feel that the bag should be replaced, or shipping should be provided. I won't be purchasing Delsey in the future based on the customer service alone.

We have several pieces of Delsey Luggage and we are not happy with the product considering three of them have something broken on them. One piece broke and my husband fixed it. All three that are broken are something different. One pieces has the inside frame broke so the luggage do does not hold its shape and protect items inside. One piece has the zipper broken for the area that extends the suit case out. And one has the handle that goes up and down to pull the suitcase broke. I bought a Delsey Luggage model DY 76820 on 12-10-2013 from
Travel for all First World Plaza Genting, Malaysia. Was told that this luggage comes with two (2) years warranty from date of Purchase. Somewhere around September 2014 there was a crack on the body and I sent in for Repair on the 12-10-14. Was told that it will take about three weeks for them to get it fix and will be contacted once its fixed. I waited and waited, but no calls came so I called up on the 24-10-14 to check the status of repair (which was more than a month) and was told that they cant repair it as they do not have the parts. I was pretty mad by then. Later they called to tell me they will replace it with a new one for me, but in different color. I bought this luggage in a set, a 24" and a cabin size. I do not want it replace in another color. The whole point is this bag is under warranty and i expect Delsey to make good the warranty, either repair it or replace it in the same model and color.
