It is with great pain that I am writing you this letter I borrow ten dollars from Digicel on the 31st of May and I only used five dollars and forty cents out of the ten dollars I was driving last night and my car broke down at eleven o'clock
and with four dollars and 36 cent the phone keep telling me I have no credit lest. It took me two hours to reach some one to get assistance. At that late hour in the night as a woman all alone. I am asking for compensation in that matter for the pain and suffering that this company Digicel has caused me or I will take legal action I can be reach at 824-9791. Kind regard

I'm a post paid customer when I applied for this service I was told that unused minutes will be rolled over to the following month. However this is this 2nd month that my minutes were deducted. I checked my balance at ten pm on November 27th 2015 and it was 112 minutes upon checking November 28th at five am there is only 308 minutes. What happen to my I 104 minutes I made no phone calls. I need an explanation this is not good a good service.
