Good morning, I am the owner of a 2014 doge Ram longhorn Laramie, there is a serious issue with the air suspension and I was told that the trucks should not of been sold in provinces with cold climats. My truck is presently in the dealership once again for maintenance of the suspension. It is a serious problem and can cause harm when in my case the air suspension let go while driving and I ended up with zero suspension besides the suspension problems I love my truck and heard that it might be possible to buy back my truck so I can get another with a standard suspension, I am not the only one with this problem and would appreciate your help. Best regards Andre Vallee .

Faulty air ride suspension on 2014 Dodge 1500 Larime. Technicians admit this is common problems with the weather in Alberta, the system does not have an air dryer nor is it a closed system. This allows moisture in the circuit which freezes and burns out the compressor. Courtesy Dodge In Calgary AB has also informed me that there is a new updated compressor available to prevent the moisture and my question is why this has not been recognized as a Recall. My air system bled out on the highway causing the truck to rapidly loos all air suspension and then the wheels bottom out on the wheel wells, and my headlights only allowed visibility 2-3 feet away. This is a safety issue.

I was dealing with a dealership and was so mistreated by the staff once I backed out of wanting the truck due to personal issues at work. I was threatened to be taken to court and totally disrespected in every way. Very very upset with this customer service performed by the dealership.

Good day,
Please note that today while backing up my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 I heard a bag. When I got out my air bag for my suspension was protruding out the side of my truck. It then exploded I called the dealership where I purchased the truck to inform them and all they said was that they have never heard of any issues regarding the air suspension like this and it would be about 2000-3000 to fix. I would think this would be considered a safety issue.

Just bought a new truck, from Jackson dodge Medicine Hat ab, they had the truck for two days and couldn't get any decent flaps put on The ones they put on were inadequate, and caused 900 dollars damage to my truck from rock chips, and that's not including the bushwhackers that are still chipped up So I took it elsewhere and had them put on a good set of mud flaps Cost was 375 for the flaps, not including the installation price, all in was 600 bucks So I asked them to pay for them, but only told them 375, not knowing the full price of the install I thought for sure they knew the flaps do not just attach themselves, so they only paid for the flaps and not the install Had to cough up another 225 bucks Not impressed, especially after I just spent 80000 for a truck And the only thing I asked for where mud flaps Plus, I was talked to rudely by the sales and service departments, like as if I didn't even matter after the sale was final.

I have brought my vehicle to Varsity Dodge in Calgary, Alberta and have learnt that a electrical piece for my air conditioning unit needs to be replaced. The issue is that this part is no longer manufactured and therefor the only option is to get a used one and have it installed. That does not provide me with any protection as if the part fails, I have to pay for another part and additional labor to replace it.
