Hi I have a teacher at my school that is trying to complete a Thank you package. She is unable to print the label for her thank you cards. She is not receiving any emails from DonorsChoose. She can be logged in to Donors Choose (it automatically logs her in), but when she attempts to print the label, it asks her to log in again. It will not allow her to do so. It will not email her a password change even though it says the request was submitted. She really wants to mail these thank you cards out and cannot. Please contact me to help her. I am a teacher, I wanted to raise money through their website last year. I was at a halfway point and they said my time was up. There was never anything clear that I had a certain amount of time to raise this money. When my time ran out I had $1000. 00 raised from mostly my friends and family. The website gave them an option to give this to me as a gift card. If I didn't spend this they were gave it to other projects needing the funding. I never signed up for this. I thought this was a supportive website to help teachers fulfill a wish for their classroom, instead I have upset friends and family and no DNA lab for my Forensics class, I have no idea where the money went and I am having a hell of a time trying to get into contact with a person there. They did send me back an email that was not useful at all. This is not something I can solve or understand through an email.

2 science fair projects funded in the last two years. Projects were exactly the same, but one costed one point and the next year the same exact project costed two points. I received 0 points for not confirming funding or sending in photos/impact letter on time. I turned both in on time and should have been given those two points. Now my local community organization is offering two grants that I cannot apply for.
