Can I be advised the reason my credit is going down even when my phone has not been used since 17 September 18. On four October my credit was rupees 160. 85 then I recharged and my balance was rupees 190. 01 on five November 18. Now on 11 November 2018 my prepaid balance has gone down further to Rs. 141. 76. Please note I am presently in UK since 17 September 2018. I am very disappointed with the outcome and It would be very much appreciated if query is investigated and I am advised accordingly. I travelled abroad in May - June 2016. I had then rupees 180 balance on my account. On my return I wanted to reactualise my account. However I found that rupees 180 which was already in my account was not added to the new balance. I went twice to the Emtel Office in Curepipe where I was told that the needful will be done by the accountancy division after consulting the Manager. I am still waiting for an answer. In Jan 2015 i have bought the Emtel Dongle - (USB Internet ). I usually top up my account in the nearby shop at the value of Rs349 and it was ok. On the 6th March 2015 i made an e pin of Rs349 to the number 57260385 and have got internet access only for five min how that possible. How can i recover my money back.
Recipients in Canada are not receiving text messages from Emtel subscribers since 09th December 2014.
