Help Despite our following the washing instructions on their tags, our Essential Home micro fleece blankets do not wash properly. They come out covered in pills of lint over their entire surface. It is time consuming and futile to attempt to remove these all of these pills (lint)by hand or with a lint shaver, and they get all over the sheets, bed clothes, and even the floor. We have purchased at our local stores a total of three of these blankets for our college kids, and they wash so badly that we may have to throw them out - a big waste of money we cannot afford. Please advise us how to prevent a recurrence of this problem every time we wash them. I am sure we are not the only purchasers of this product who have experienced this misery. Why is this always occurring? Thank you.

I bought the Grayson five drawer dresser from Kmart about six months ago and it is falling apart. As you can see in the picture attached the drawers will not stay on the track. It is poorly designed/made. I would like a refund of $149. 99 plus tax or a replacement sent. This is unacceptable, I pay that kind of money for a piece of furniture that does not last a year. I recently purchased a comforter from kmart in easton Pennsylvania, I wanted to wash it before putting it on our bed. I made sure to read the instructions very carefully so the comforter wouldn't get ruined, and it did. The inside filler seems like it shrunk and is all distorted in there and doesn't want to stay flat. I am extremely upset with the quality of this set. We spent $60 on a comforter that I now can not use.

I recently just purchased a bedding set from Kmart. I washed it following the instructions on the tag and the comforter cushion inside is knotted and the sewing is coming undone on side. For my first time washing it I believe it shouldn't have done that. I've tried contacting Kmart and contacting numbers you have listened above and can not get through to no one. I want this fixed, I'm completely dissatisfied with my product for me not even having it for two weeks and one wash later its ruined. I ordered your Santiago five pc. Drop Leaf dining set from Kmart in the U. S. On line. Your Mfr 06-0012. We just put the dining table and chairs together and found one of the cushions on a chair to be torn and there was a cap missing for one of the chair legs that protects the floor. Can these parts be sent to me from the U. S. Or does it have to come from the UK? I need this remedied as soon as possible as naturally I planned to use the table and chairs for Thanksgiving dinner.

I purchased on 8/6/14 a 14 pcs cookset at Kmart in East Brunswick, NJ. I noticed on several of the pots the coating inside is coming off has a rust like color to it. I went to Kmart on 9/22/15 at which time they told me I had to notify manufacturer of the problem.
