I have requested a prepaid label for a long time and also I have made several phone calls all assuring me that it would be sent. I haven’t received it to date. The reason for return/ refund is because three of the items I received are faulty. Please can you send me a label without further delay. Thanks.

Received a order today 19/06/17 four items are so badly creased they cannot be ironed, also one of the item is not as stated on line. If it had only been one item I may have just let it go four I can not and as your company's at fault Its unfair I pay the return charge. I may as well pay more money for them. I have spent ten mins.
