Ms. Sharon Springer On Phone To Fairpoint Communications Service
I had no internet service for over a week. Customer service told me it was connected, but when I got home it wasn't so I call technical support, they said it was never activated. Call customer service the lady said she saw it was not connected, but she would send it right up and it would be connected within 24 hours. I called back the next day saying it wasn't working. The lady apologized and said it still wasn't activated, but she would walk the work order to the right place and have it hooked right up. She had it activated, but when I went to use it it was so slow nothing would connect. I had to call back to technical support and he run a test to check speeds, he said the speed came up 5o times slower than it should be. We entered into the address bar some information and the internet started to work after about 15 minutes. I do not think I should have to pay for the amount of time I was without service.
