I have sent numerous emails to customer service to TripAdvisor and Flipkey that my account has been blocked after one attempt. All I am receiving are automated replies which has absolutely nothing to do with my issue. I cannot find any Australian contact numbers. This is frustrating as even my previous replies from them which was in contact directly comes back with an automated reply now. I have paid AUD$600 for a listing and this is the support I receive? I am reporting these websites to the Australian Telecommunication Ombudsman for no support contact here in Australia. This is becoming nothing, but a scam.

Shambolic Airbnb and VRBO must be laughing all the way to the bank as they are so superior it is not even funny three months and I can not get a return email or phone call even informing me of their pricing structure for a property manager. I have emailed and called them countless times. Most time it goes straight to email. This morning FINALLY after a 20 minute hold someone answered. No disrespect, but an Indian call center - are you kidding me Almost impossible to understand what they were saying, but worse they were totally ignorant on pricing. In fact ignorant on anything at all. I was told I needed an account for them to proceed further. What do not they understand? I cant open an account until someone contacts me I guess the operations department are either on the golf course or the ski slopes, but either way this company should not even be in existence You would be absolutely crazy to list with them.

I hade three properties advertised in FLIPKEY since 2012 and I asked the Flip Key customer support )at that time) to deactivate one property and charge me only for two properties which they kindly did it. Since 2013 my accounts has only two properties and I had been only charged for 2. This year through the auto payment system Flip Key has charged me for the cancelled property which I was totally unaware until I got my credit card statement. I have got a confirmation email from the Flip Key customer support to prove this. I have been sending email to Flip Key customer support to rectify this issue and refund me the money, but the Indian team is totally unaware of the system the only answer I am getting is that they have forwarded it to the relavant team. I need an refund on my cancellation property as I think this is completely negelegence of the Flip Key team. Please advice.

HI FlipKey, I have made numerous attempts to the customer service form on your website, but keep getting the repeated same answer script which did not help at all. Even the URL link provided in the response did not work. My booking reference is BR18446894 - and I just need to change my booking dates. 'Manage my Booking' does not allow to to do it at all. Only allows me to View/Pay balance or Cancel my booking. The owner of the property is also frustrated with FlipKey as he can not change the dates for me either. I've been trying to get an opening with the customer support of Flip key on various topics. It's been thoroughly frustrating Absolutely no personalized response and only some irrelevant automated replies. Though Flip key support was never the best as compared to airbnb, it was fairly OK and they would respond in a week's time at least, but for the past couple of months it's been unpardonable. How can I trust a site whose support is as bad as this. My friend has a free listing with Flip key and he wants to make it paid listing with them. I have a guest that wishes to change the booking dates, there are no steps procedures within the system that allows an owner or renter to do this. The help line Leeds back to predetermined questions and answers that do not cover the issues i have, no matter which route you take their seems to be no possible way of contacting anyone without physically writing a letter. Absolutely lousy service from a company making big $$$$$ on the commissions they receive.

I called because I wanted to know how to give a potential guest a discount that she requested,, but I think I have lost her booking by now. We subsequently received a response (see attached) to say that the accommodation was actually unavailable contrary to what was shown on your system and that our booking had been cancelled by the owner with a full refund due. The funds have however been taken from our credit card and no refund processed. Please confirm by return when the refund will be made to our credit card account.

I had a booking for Istanbul Turkey, 17th-20th July, Booking Number 19540630. I cancelled this booking and advised both Flipkey and the owner. Flipkey has not returned my money or responded to my emails. The owner has emailed on several occasions and advised me to put in a direct complaint requesting the return of my money. The annual subscription fee for posting my vacation rental with Flip Key has gone up astronomically every year since I became a subscriber. This past year it went from $199 to $299. This coming year it is going from $299 to $399. 99. The service has not improved for me despite these huge rate increases. I am seriously considering changing over to the "Vacation Rental By Owner" website unless Flip Key adjusts my rate increase to a more reasonable rate.

I have been an enthusiastic user of Flipkey for some years now, especially for trips to Europe. I need to be able to orchestrate the trip myself, viewing the apartment online, reading the reviews, choosing the dates etc. A few days ago, the same process started for my Paris trip next year, the 11th Arrondissement is where I want to stay and in the same apartment as last year. Unfortunately, when I selected the 11th in Flipkey, I was both bemused and confused. My chosen apartment was not listed
and most of those 42 listed were not in the 11th, in some cases not in Paris, some not even in France
Flipkey, you have lost all credibility with me, your site is in total disarray. Please become professional again.
