Ms. Katelyn Wolford CallsJul 14, 2015

Ms. Katelyn Wolford On Phone To Food Stamp Missouri Service
My name is Katelyn I have tried over and over to call for a food stamp interview I have left messages and messages over and over, I have attempted four times now to apply for food stamps. Because I have missed or not been able to get ahold of anyone for an interview every one of my cases were closed. I have recently received a food stamp card which is great, but I still need to do the interview and I called on my appointment time I have called after over and over have not gotten through. I do not want my new case to be closed where I can not use my EBT card anymore. I am tired of getting no response and I need the help for food. With out it I either buy food for my two children and myself or pay rent and bills it is never all of them its one or the other. That is why I really need food stamp help until I can bring in more money and get caught up out of debt. Please and thank you.

Ms. Christie Mcwhorter On Phone To Food Stamp Missouri Service
I have been calling to talk to my caseworker about my pending food stamps case for over a week. A machine cannot answer my question, and there is not even an option to talk to a person that can assist me. Also, I have no idea why your gender matters when filing a complaint.

Ms. Crystal CallsMar 10, 2015

Ms. Crystal On Phone To Food Stamp Missouri Service
I have left several messages, and no call back. Also it's been 2mos since I reported when my husband lost his Job. We need help, we are doing our best we also have a seven year old. I'm just not understanding why I am not getting any kind of help. I am originally from Texas, and they never took this long before letting you know what was going on. I get that they are under staffed and they just moved in to a new office. When I go and try to talk to the office people they just tell us, they see where we have reported a change and its still processing. Please help.

Ms. Jamie Atoigue CallsOct 29, 2014

Ms. Jamie Atoigue On Phone To Food Stamp Missouri Service
I turned in my application for food stamps on September 8th 2014. I was asked to provide my monthly income statements which i did on September 18th 2014. No one responded to us. After a month I began calling and was told a supervisor would be notified. No one called. Its been almost two months since I turned in my application and when I call the numbers it says now call volume is too high and it forces me to leave a message. I have left 6. No one calls me back. No one is helping me. I understand that the office workers are busy and I can sympathize. But I need help for my family. I am doing the best I can and trying to be patient. Can you help us? Please. Sincerely, Jamie Atoigue Phone 206)819-1576.
