I purchased a Gold and Hot/Belson soft bonnet hair dryer six months ago and the soft bonnet has begun to tear causing the hot hair to seep out of the holes instead of staying within the confines of the inner bonnet, thus preventing my hair from actually drying. I took it back to the store that I purchased it from and they would not allow me to return the dryer or get a replacement because they do not sell or have the soft bonnet part separately.

I purchased a Carino 2000 blow dryer approximately four months ago, new on ebay. Never really sounded correct, but I thought it was a brand trait(as I've never purchased a Belson dryer before). I purchased the Gold and Hot hair curlers twice within the last year because they are obviously defected. I have used them in the past and never had an issue, but the last two pairs I purchased through Amazon.com have quit heating and there is no damage to the curler or cord. I rarely use them so after a few uses they quot heating.
