This center is working in both areas i.e. information management & teaching the computer application to the students of various disciplines, as well as training of faculty members & arranging training for others like MSCIT, GECT. The institute provides unlimited E-mail & internet facilities to every student, thus bringing the knowledge of world at the door step of every student. The Campus of Government Polytechnic – Gadchiroli also includes play Ground suitable for Football, Hockey, Kabbadi and Cricket, and Gymkhana Hall.
The backbone of Training and Placement Cell of Government Polytechnic – Gadchiroli which is dedicated to provide placement to the students by sending the students to attend the interview at various Industries like Bajaj Auto Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra , ENS Spindles, Shobha Developers, Voltas Co. Ltd. , Hi-Tech Transformers etc. This cell provides vocational training to pre-final year students. It also deputes staff to training for updating their knowledge.
