Ordered two Hampton Bay “Fall River Motion Patio High Dining” chairs on Home Depot web site and paid with credit card. Got notification on Tuesday that items were ready for pickup at store. My Home Depot order number was W926504021. When I arrived at the store, the box was brought up front, and that’s when the Customer Service person advised me the chairs were “recalled” and they could not sell them. Can you folks verify the “recall” story? My suspicion is that Home Depot realizes they were priced too low on the website and wouldn’t let them go for the price I paid. I have purchased a Birmingham PC Hardtop Gazebo Model L-GZ340PS-3D-E last week from Home Depot North Queen location in Etobicoke dated June 17, 2017 with receipt 7011 00010 50947. When I picked up the gazebo and I noticed that the box was damaged(no choice to change last unit), but did not realized after I installed and assembled the unit that the one poly carbonate roof (K3) was damaged and I am planning to return it, but was advised by home depot representative to contact you guys for replacement. I am in need of assistance, but do not have a way to reach anyone. Home Depot cannot assist me. I purchased the Statesville patio set. One of the post that goes on the bottom of the table is missing. These pieces screw into the bottom of each table leg. The post is used to keep the table balanced. I sent an email to Hampton Bay and I have not received a response. I purchased a solar umbrella a few weeks ago from Home Depot in Tustin, CA. The solar lights do not work. I screwed in the solar device on top and plugged in the Cable. Ive tried to turn on the lights from the switch a number of times and the lights do not illuminate. Is there anything else I've failed to do? Purchased Patio Cover 6971080380068 on July 21, 2018 to cover my new outdoor dinning set with glass top table. Patio cover stuck to glass table top - probably due to heat from the sun. Had to peel the cover off the table and struggled to get the marks off the brand new table top. After that the center part of cover was no longer water proof - the part that had to be peeled off the glass table. I live in New Jersey where the temperatures are not extreme - this should not have happened. I would like a refund. I have attempted to attach my receipt below. I bought two track light sets in 2013. Each came with three dimmable LED lights that were supposed to last for years. I have four dead lights today. I am dismayed that I cannot replace the bulbs in these units and am expected to purchase complete replacements at $ 49. 95 per piece. With six units - that is over $300. 00 in total. This is unacceptable. I would like a refund for all six of these lights so I can purchase different units that have removable bulbs for the future. I purchased my third Hampton Bay ceiling fan (model 41350) for my home. Thew instillation is simple and straightforward. When I finished, the fan or lights would not come work. I connected the fan direct and it worked just fine. I tried the remotes from my other fans and they did not work. (Of course I set the dip switches). My new remote would not operate the other two fans either. Since Hampton Bay offers a one year warranty, I request a new receiver and remote. I will send you the defective ones for your review.

from Home depot on Friday and booked the electrician to install in my bedroom. When he opened the box the following defects were found, it is mu guess that someone bought this and returned to the store and they just tapped the box and put on the shelf. 1) The Fixture code 773546244749, description: Addair Ceiling Light, Oil-Rubbed Bronze finish, Frosted White Glass shade, uses (5) standard bulbs up to 60 watts, size 18. 3in D X 14in. H
The ceiling fixture is not straight and lots of lines or tool marks. The Frosted whit glass shade is chipped on one side with small crack. I went back to Home depot and they do not have this in stock and do not carry any parts etc. They recommended me to call the company to send me new without any defects. I need to have this for the electrician who is coming next Friday to install and do not want to pay him twice if I do not receive the replacement fixture by Friday. Thank you.

Approximately one 1/2 years ago I purchased eight landscape lights from your company (model 1ww1501l-2). Within the last two weeks, I have had to replace two of them. When I first bought them, I was told by the salesperson for Home Depot that the were led lights and would last a lifetime. When the first one burnt out, I took it back to Home Depot and was told that the light could not be replaced and I would have to replace the entire unit. Thinking now that it is only a matter of time before I have to replace the other six, needless to say I am disappointed in this product and feel the customer should be informed of this problem before their purchase. I purchased several of your solar lights on stakes last year around this time. Sku on the inside is Sku: 248566. After only a few months, all, but one stopped working. I decided to purchase new batteries because I couldn't afford the expense of purchasing all new solar lights. After replacing the batteries, all, but three still wouldn't work. two will work of I "bump" them, but only for a short period of time. I'm assuming there's maybe a short somewhere? But the 3rd still will not work at all. I purchased this brand because I thought I was getting a higher quality of light. I am very aggravated and disappointed. The globe and stakes are still fine, it's just the top where the battery goes that needs replacing.

I was speaking earlier this week with Sheila in customer service about my Hampton Bay fans Windward IV 52in. I have just visited my condo before guests arrive and the replacement fan which we bought in January now does not work. The light is OK and there is faint click, but the blades are not turning. I will have to check with my guests when I can have access so that you can trouble shoot. This is not good so soon after purchase. This is the 3rd fan we have had a problem with in the same condo. I need some advice regarding the powder coating on my patio furniture. The set will be two years old in 9/16. On some joints and places where moisture could settle, the finish has broken down. I am not complaining on this issue, but I would like to know what is the best method for keeping the metal from rusting through. This set does not have cushions. I'm a long time customer and have always loved the Hampton Bay products, but I purchased a bunch of seat cushions at the beginning of last summer and have had them in a shed covered all winter. I recently took them out and noticed they had faded significantly to where I thought they had a dusty film on them and just needed to be washed To my extreme disappoint it wasn't dust. They faded and look terrible I can not look at them like this let alone invite people over to sit on them and I spent a lot of money on these things and I'm truly disgusted that I already need to purchase new cushions after only one season of use I've spent tons of money on Hampton Bay products and I'm truly hoping the company can do the right thing and rectify this situation for me otherwise I'll have to take my business elsewhere. I purchased the Hampton Bay Fenton Outdoor Furniture four piece set. This comes with cushions, but not slip covers. I have searched for hours and cannot find the correct slipcovers for this set. I ordered a set, but they do not fit so now I am already out $200. I now have a patio set that I cannot use. I have $600 invested and we cannot use the set as the cushions are white and will show everything. I called Home Depot and they steered me to purchase the wrong slip covers. I either have to return the entire set or purchase every day cushions which do not fit it which will also cost me over $400. I am extremely disappointed in this situation.

We purchased a bramford gazebo from home depot in Brandon Mb on Saturday. May 21, 2016. We set it up today, not impresssed after paying over $1000 for this item I would expect good quality. If we lived in Brandon I would have returned it. My husband had to fix parts as they were bent, some parts had to be pried apart as the roof couldnt slide in. The netting is terrible, there were six rings to attach the screen missing, they should have better attachments for the poles. The item was too heavy to return, but i would expect better product from you. We were short bolts as well. Please do something to rectify this as we waited for a few weeks for this to come and now I would not recommend this product. We chose to purchase from home depot thinking product would be good.

I purchased the Hampton Bay Marysville patio dinning set on Apr 7, 2016. When it arrived on April 12th, the ceramic tiles had become separated from their packing and two of the tiles were chipped on the corners. The missing pieces are very obvious when placed in the table. It must have been a rough trip because the box had been ripped and there were scratches in the powder coating and three of the chairs had bent legs. We were able to fix all, but the tiles, and would really be happy with our new furniture if you send us some replacement tiles. Photo attached. Thanks :)

I had purchase a 4-Light Vanity Fixture, Model NB49302. I had installed this fixture in the down position. (Shade pointing down)
I started to mount the shades with the socket ring and found that there was very little room to rotate the socket ring in the shade. I turned the socket ring with two fingers to try to get a snug fit. Well, that is
impossible to do with a small opening in the shade. The shades are not tight against the flange. There should be a special wrench for tighten
these socket rings. Do you have such a wrench or what can be used to tighten these socket rings.

For over one year I have been given the ongoing run around from Home Depot for the Charlottestown patio furniture set we purchased on line. We purchased a patio set last year in Canada and it's been on our covered deck the whole time. A gust of wind picked up the glass right out of our table and into our sliding glass door, both shattered and cost us close to $600 in repairs. The table stated that the glass is tempered so I am surprised that it broke and there is just a few holding posts that the glass sits on, but nothing actually holding it there.

I installed a doorbell last year and this year and this year it rang by itself. I pushed the button and all sounded good. HOWEVER I did not know that the two screws in the back of this button had shorted out on my aluminum siding and the transformer was on for sometime. My sister was here and heard it humming as I did not. I remover the plastic cover over the bell in the house and it was so hot it burned my finger. I am sure if left alone for some time with no one here it could of lit on fire burned the wires and plastic cover and maybe the house. I understand it is low voltage however a label on your package would be nice.

I purchased a ceiling fan from your company and it has been a complete and utter disaster. I had an electrician assemble and hang the fan, the light and three speeds didn't work properly. I received a capacitor and was told this would solve the problem. Again an electrician took down the fan and replaced the capacitor and again it did not work. I was told another part, a relay I believe, would be sent and again the electrician will come back to try to fix it. Thus far I have paid $190 dollars still nothing. Your service dept is excellent, your product stinks. I will tell everyone I know to never use your fans, they stink I have four other ceiling fans, none from your company and they all work fine, only your company has been a nightmare. I wish I had never bought it.

My name is Rudi Jock 416-391-1333 (Cell phone 416-450-3787I ordered a replacement glass globe through Hampton Bay customer service, NOT through Home Depot. Hampton Bay was kind to send the glass free of charge, and only charged the $35 shipping. Today I received a Door Tag DT7096 4085 3024 from Fedex, and when I called they had no record of that tag number, and no record of any parcel being shipped to my address. Please look up my request by name and phone number- 416-391-1333I submitted a complaint to Fedex for the unmarked door tag My complaint number with Fedex is 0930563227It would be wonderful for Hampton Bay to get a refund for the shipping cost, and send those funds back to my credit card due to the utter lack of acceptable service I have received. I must now contact the office at Hampton Bay and get the tracking number and take matters into my own hands. The number i will call is Hampton Bay direct at 1-800-330-3267.

i have a wall mounted solar powered light that is motion activated. the light is set to remain on for one minute. recently, it is remaining on for only a few seconds. this light is in a location that is activated only a couple of times a night. the solar panel gets full sun light for most of the day, the manufacture date on the batteries is June 2012, what might be the problem?.

Hi, I have a Hampton Bay fan, purchased about 10-15 years ago at Home Depot. We love it, but have lost the remote. It's mounted on a very high ceiling, and I cannot access the top of it to change any transmitter. SO I purchased a remote control on eBay, and am hoping you can tell me the "default" code of the fan I own so I can program the new remote to work with our fan. A picture of our fan is attached. I was able to climb on a table and take a photo of the model number (?), located on a green button at the top of the fan. It says OC2. (There's a bar under the OC, and the two is under that.).

We purchased your Hampton Bay Westbury 7piece Patio Dining Set two years ago this month. The set gets used approximately four times a year in our Florida home. Both swivel chairs are broken due to poor aluminum welding in the support frame. I tried to do a repair on these breaks, , but no success. This is a safety issue which caused injury to a child when the chair collapsed. It would be wonderful if these two chairs could be replaced with a similar design except better quality workmanship.

I purchased a Hampton Bay patio set from the Home Depot late last year, please see the photos attached at the fading that we are experiencing. It's very disappointing that we spent all that money and not receiving the quality that we should, please let me know what your policy is. I also wanted to let you know that the table was indoors all winter and is under a covered area.
