Hello, I spoke with someone in your office several weeks ago--- my automatic bill pay service stopped because I was issued a new credit card. I went with a copy of the invoice to First Hawaiian Bank and they wouldn't accept my payment. (I do not receive paper statements.) Would you please get back to me and explain to me the most reasonable way to clear this up. Thanks.

I have had the worse time trying to talk to a customer service rep. I emailed to report my phone service is not working this has been over one week and a half. I was given a service ticket 2204205 and still haven't talk to any one. Today 2-26-18 I called and said they could call me back @ 808 258-3887 ask for Carol. 20 minutes was the time quoted. Then when they called back was put on hold and told to wait for the next available rep. Why did they call when they were not prepared to talk. So I hung up. Called back and decided to wait on the line. Told it would be around 20 minutes from the recording. I'm current on hold for 47 minutes listening to music. THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT, BUT A COMPLIMENT TO TWO OF YOUR TECHNICIANS THAT CAME TO MY HOME ON FRIDAY MAY 11TH. I CALLED FOR HELP THE PREVIOUS WEEK AND WAS TOLD THE FIRST OPENING WAS THE 11TH. I WAS WITHOUT INTERNET SERVICE THROUGH Hawaiian Telcom AND WAS TOLD BY THE PHONE TECHNICIAN THAT IT WAS PROBABLY THE MODEM. LOU AND TODD ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME(AFTER CHECKING I WAS HOME FIRST) AND WORKED WITH THE MODEM, MY NEW ROUTER AND FOR SOME REASON, THE ROUTER AND THE MODEM WERE NOT COMPATIBLE. LOU SET UP A NEW MODEM WITH WIFI, AND HELPED ME CONNECT TO MY COMPUTER. ALL IS WELL. THANK YOU FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB. Ruth Ann Cullen (808-947-3079).

REPAIR SUX i live B. I. In an area with no cell service, so i got the phone service. Phone was woking fine 3/9/18. On 3/10/18. Nothing. No dial tone and friends emailed me and sed my line was bz. Called within one hr of finding out i had no 'line'. Repair gave me a repair date of 5/2/18. three FREAKIN WEEKS AND they had repair team in my neighborhood that day. 'just send em over on the way out?'. Nope not happening IM A 3X WOUNDED, VIET VET, 100% DISABLED, it was the main reason for getting their service(if you can call it that) worst service ever and they done give a sht I've called 4x.
