I had to renew my subscription(0945919579) so i said i will do it in the internet to save a tree i had always paid in Canadian fund before and now to my surprise i check my visa card and it was done in US funds two years was 35. 90$ X 1. 345403 =48. 30$
i call and there said when you pay in the internet it always US fund so why do you tell us to pay in the internet since she could not or would not do anything about it i had to cancel my subscription. I do not like service like that. Thank.

On Mar24/18 at 9:51 AM I renewed my House Beautiful subscription. I did the online option at pay. Housebeautiful.com. I expected to renew for two years at the $59. 94 CDN including sales tax noted on my renewal invoice. My credit card transactions showed one year at $29. 97 USD. This amounted to $39. 71 CDN. This also means I am charged additional foreign exchange fees by my credit card company. I did not agree to this. I tried emailing House Beautiful, but it bounced back. I found your site. I am very upset about this. Your renewal invoice did not indicate that by using the site I would be paying in USD and that it would only renew for one year. I would like to this situation corrected. I want two years at $59. 94 and compensation for the fees I have now been charged. I have been a long time subscriber. Thank you. Regards,

Issued cheque for o mag in August of this year. Cheque was cashed and received the September issue of magazine. Called regarding the October issue when November was in the library and was told that they would mail me another copy and it would take 7-8 days. ten days are gone and called again and was told that they would mail another copy of October issue for arrival in November, that i would not be getting the November issue and that i should have the December issue by December the 8th. My subscription will now run from December 14 to December 15. Was told if i do not get the December issue they would look at issuing the refund that i asked for. Did oprah say it was this easy to get frustrated ordering a magazine. Very disappointed!.
