I just saw that my contact response on Hotpads is 52% which is not correct. I respond to everyone that I get a message from. In fact, I look for messages in my spam box as well. If a person has their phone number in message to me, I call them most of the time vs email. How do you account for phone contacts? There is no clarity between email vs phone so when reporting this negative looking factor, please inform people that this is 52% on email response or people are going to think I do not respond which is not correct by any means. 618-210-8787 is my number.
