I am in Iberostar Andelous in Tunisa and having major problems with reception staff. They refuse to let head office deal with the problem and say I must pay them now or leave. I am very scared and distressed. I have asked for names, but the refuse. I am in Room 344 and scared to come out. Please help.

Please advise me of an email address I can post my complaint to as this does not allow enough characters to fully express my extreme disatisfaction. I am appalled at the service I am receiving from the El Mirador Hotel in Costa Adeje and wish to give you the opportunity to fix the issue before taking the issue further for a breach of contract. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi
My wife and I are planning a trip to the Tucan resort in Mexico in the end of February for five days. We have stayed at your resort two times before and really enjoyed it. My concern is that I have some food issues - and cannot eat dairy (milk, cheese, cream, eggs, yogurt, etc) and also I am on a gluten free diet (no wheat, flour, barley, etc). Would the chefs be able to accommodate me for our trip? Last time we came there (before I became gluten intolerant) your staff kindly provided a letter which I could show
to the dining room staff so that I would not be served any foods with dairy. This time its for both dairy and gluten. I am planning on booking with Apple Vacations and wanted to do that in the next day or so. Also - is it possible to get a room near the beach?
best regards,
'mark

I just got back from Iberostar Laguna Azul in Varadero Cuba and had to let you know what we found Your Iberostar reputation is really suffering there. It was labelled a five star hotel, but in reality is was a 2. five at best. Here is a list of what we experienced: severe mould in the bathroom on the ceiling and tub, bathroom fixtures not secured to the wall in the shower, no clean towels or sheets for the room all week. Had to use stained and dirty all week, broken light fixtures or lack of bulbs in hallways, broken ceramic tiles in hallways and elevator(trip hazard), ran out of glasses and cups and bowls often at the buffet, holes in the roof in the mainbuffet no clean beach towels all week, no toilet seats or paper in the mens washrooms in the main lobby or around the pool and restaurants. Had to use your own room. My dad could not walk that far all the time at 87You need to look into this hotel for your companies sake.
I sent a complaint to 'callcenter@Iberostar.com' on 16/03/2015After a week a got no answer and I called the local (Belgium) 0800 number, there they told me that everything is OK and that it can take some time to process my complaint. Now we are three weeks later and still no reaction from the call center .
I was injured at your resort I was working very well with Toffel ( Jamaica Rose Hall )and the insurance company regarding my claim, then about three weeks ago they stopped communicating with me regarding the status of my claim. As I told Toffel, I am in the process of planning this years family Summer vacation, and we plan on choosing Iberosatr again,, but a lack of response will drive me to book with another resort. We have been very pleased with our vacations at Iberostar,, but this recent situation regarding a lack of accountability is not faring very well on Iberastar brand. A lot of my family and friends also use Iberosatar, and want to know what the outcome of my situation will be. Please contact me within 48/hrs. Thank You Mr. Koryak.
