This is so Bizarre. I placed an order and the shopper’s name was Crystal. She quickly found all my items and notified me that my order would be here by around 10:49am. Even tho I scheduled it between 1and2 I told her to deliver it anytime. Well I waited and waited and no Crystal. Then around I guess 1pm I have a shopper named Stephen who says he just started shopping. Then he informed me that no white corn and no cantaloupe chunks. Why would the first shopper tell me got everything. I don’t know what happened, but it was very frustrating. Stephen has been very nice and says my order will be here around 2pm. What a strange event.

I want information about how your shoppers are trained because it's hit or miss with getting good produce. Actually, it's mostly miss. Instacart is an incredible idea, unfortunately, it doesn't stand up to quality in some areas.

I have tried for three days to find a damn telephoone number for you. I had to have professional technicians to set up the form to obtain groceries for delivery and finally, all I had to do is to call you up to ask one simple question to finalize the order and I cannot find a SIMPLE telephone number to call from Danbury Connecticut. If I do not hear from you by tomorrow, I am cancelling the service. I have researched for Wikipedia sites all over the world without trouble.
