I made an order on 11. 11. 18. Order number 10030689071. I received one part of my order, the Patriots fabric, but nothing on the other two fabrics:red sox champion and red sox vintage fabric---never came. I paid $63. 53 for all three fabrics. Fabric.com is far far better than you, within five days my order comes. I shop locally at Joanns and a long standing customer. I do not appreciate being treated badly. I called three times and you hung up and hung up and hung up. I couldn't reach a real person. You have a poor order operation. I want my money or my order. If you do not answer me soon I will report you to better business bureau. As I write this I'm now on hold. So far it has been 15 minutes. I want an answer.

I purchased a sewing machine from the Ames IA store and had to return it one week later. I asked the new manager to refund the amount to my card that was used since I had the receipt. She didn't now how to do that and blamed it on her system. The manager said I have to give you a gift card. I explained I do not want a gift card I want the money back. Two weeks of arguing with customer service and still no resolution. I emailed my receipts to Norkisha and she said she didn't receive them however I have the sent receipts that show she did. This is how you treat customers?.
