Had to leave a message. Hopefully the saleslady will get back with me regarding my question. I received a coupon for a free pair of Children's Ropers and I am not sure what size according the size of the child. I went to a couple of places and they did not carry the same boot and they told me the boots run differently. The child wears a size two, but I tried a three and he said it was a little tight. Does Y mean Youth and C for Child size?

Bought a pair of Justin boots two months ago at Boot Barn and the heels are separating. I had no idea the heels were just plastic covered in a thin layer of leather dyed to look like composite heels. The thin leather is falling off the plastic blocks. I expected to get quite a bit more service from these $200 boots. Can you help?

I purchased a pair of Justin 4440 boots about a year and a half ago. I know Justin Boots are very good boots but, mine have a hole over my big toe in both boots. I thought that the soles would wear out first. These are my every day boots. I am retired and do not work on a public job. I walk around the yard, around the store, and down to the barn to feed the horses. I thought that these boots would last four or five years. At $160. 00 they should.

I purchased a pair of Justin work boots for my boyfriend for Christmas. He has only worn them for dress and wore them in the snow once. There was no salt in the snow. The boots have white discoloration on them and looks like the color has come out in spots. He also has a pair just like these in black and these have not do not this. I have worn Justin Boots for 33 years and have owned many pairs. Ive never seen this happen before.

This is my first complaint for Justin . I've worn Justin ropers, for more than 30 years, and satisfied until nowBoot numbers 316266397SO4 two inside. Tag says: Made in Mexico. Poor quality:Does not take a shine well. Has a permanent dent in the toe. Flimsy, won't hold a shape. Uncomfortable, poor arch support. I paid $150. Not worth it. I want Texas-made boots.

I bought my Justin Boots not two months ago at the tractor supply company in elizabethtown Kentucky. My right boot is coming apart. Te sole is separating from tbd boot itself and the sole is wore down on one side of the boot and not the other. Now my question is, how can I get this replaced. I've always been a happy customer with Justin Boots, but the pair I have now has me irate. I drive for a living so I do not do a whole lot of walking. If you need pictures i get you some.

So I have the Justin's original work boot steel toe square toe. Well I got these around April or May. The problem I am having is that in both boots the Inter liner were the heel is its just falling apart. My problem is that I haven't had these boots a year yet and there messed up in the inside almost to the point were I can not wear them. I really am disappointed in this happening and do not know why. I have bought cheap boots that last longer then these have.
