My Mother in law bought a Kurio 7s for my oldest child for christmas. It barely worked when brand new and now the charger won't charge it so I'm not sure if it works at all. She said she looked at consumer reports and this was supposed to be the best tablet for kids, however, I think it is the worst. We bought a leap frog for my middle child and have had NO issues with it, ever. It is easy to use and always works. Very disappointed in this product.

Bought a Kurio tab after three weeks old a piece on the Kurio where the charger goes into broke by an adult( even do they advertise its suitable for four year old). Luckily for this company it would not be covered under warranty1 Also they explained for them to look at it I would be spending €40 shipping the Kurio back too them and if it was not a fault of theres. They would not go to the expense of repairing it and. So after giving Kurio €150 and three weeks later I would have NO Kurio tab. Not a bad return on there business. Where is the customer support? They did not even return my call. What a joke of a business.
