While ONE "leaking stale" beer is no great deal, it is an unexpected disappointment from my lifelong favorite brewing company for 40 years. Is my problem with the beer store, or would you fine folks be able to compensate me in some fashion?

I buy a case of Busch two to three times a week for the last month and in the last week I have got at least one bottle that is broken under the cap the piece of glass was stuck to the cap
these are not small chips, but very large and sharp. I still have the bottles and pitchers
of the others. My husband cut his lip because he did not see it before he took a drink and I almost cut my finger when I checked if there was a chip out of one

This is very frustrating, I cannot get in touch with anyone == when I call it states that you are closed and it is 1:20 p. M. NL time. I have a beer bottle very similar to the bush beer bottle below -- the bottom was broken out of the bottle when I bought the case. I didn't find out till I opened it -- nearly cut my leg opened in the process. I am looking to find out how I get my beer that I paid for. I can not send the pic as it is on my phone and not on my computer.
I'm disappointed, I have been drinking Labatts Blue a long time and today I had a bottle with a good size chunk out of the mouth of the bottle, I wasn't sure if I should drink it or dump it.

I purchased a case of 24 cans of Bud Lite two days ago. The case was a little damaged which didn't bother me as its the contents inside the box that have the value of my purchase. As it turned out one of the cans had been punctured at some point, the beer was drained and the box was dry. I would like some kind of compensation for the beer I wasn't able to enjoy. Area, and none of the stores are carrying the Schneiders 252g Steakettes, that you are offering "free" in your 28 bottle Budweiser cases. I have eight coupons, which tells you I have purchased eight cases of Budweiser beer, so I am NOT happy that I cannot get the product you are offering. I was told by two different store managers the Schneider Steakettes have been "discontinued", due to your promotion. That is NOT fair to us consumers. Hello, My name is Sylvia Dufour . I send in a complaint a week ago about a broken Busch bottle (June 13th) and yesterday we opened another and the top broke as the cap was twisted. We probably lose about one bottle per case due to broken bottles. My number is 519-995-9744, I would like a response to my complaint as a case a beer is expensive enough without losing a bottle per case. Good Afternoon: I have attached a picture of a broken beer bottle. Yesterday I was putting the beer in the fridge and pushed a bottle up to another bottle and the bottom broke off and I had beer all over the fridge and was lucky I did not get cut. In the past we have also had more than three bottles in which the top broke when we twisted off the cap. Hello, do not want to a pain in the ass, but I'm rather upset purchased case of blue as usual, but got nearly done the case into another pint and happened to set the bottle down and noticed something in it, there was a baby mouse. If I was grossed out, but if my wife would have seen it she would of freaked out. Just wanted to give you a heads up.
Recently purchased a 24 case of Busch Light and found nearly empty bottle. Upon taking it back to place of purchase Millbrook Ont. LCBO the clerk had the bottom of the bottle fall off. The lot number on the case was L16 L54 10:59. It was explained to me that they do not handle single bottles and to contact Labatt's hoping you could provide a credit. Thanks Jay.

I drink Blue every day, because I enjoy the taste. I recently went to the Beer Store in London, Ontario, and noticed a new Blue called Blue Ice. I asked the clerk about it, and I was told it was pretty good, so instead of buying my usual four cases of Blue, I added one case of Blue Ice. This decision turned out to be a big mistake. The Blue Ice lacked flavour to the point where I couldn't drink it again. My prediction is that Blue Ice will not to very popular if you are used to drinking Blue.

Morning, I recently bought a 28 case of bud light with the free phone charger in it. I charged the bud light living unit as explained in the instructions. I tried the unit on my iPhone and it worked great Until the charger stopped working and smoking My phone battery was fried and burnt two chips in it I took it to a reputable phone company to have it looked at in Barrie Ontario. It cost me $75 to have them diagnose the problem and now I have an unusable iPhone I can send the charger in the original box to you for testing, and you can smell it burnt.
