I was very annoyed for calling Singtel Service through your 1688, and 1609 etc, as I have experienced difficulties in getting hold of your customer service officer for the last few days. The Service and attention given by relocation field team was horrible for my new BTO Tampines Green Ridge.communication weakness between Singtel Sales Customer Care officer and Singtel relocation field team breakdown resulting, I as a customer was told by singtel field guy to purchase my own cabling wire as he die not bring any along for the work for my three set computer data point and also did not enable my 2nd set of MIO TV box to be operational, as he said is beyond his work scope. I have to upfront fork up $100 to purchase three set of LAN cable.

Below message always appear on the TV screen. "USB over current status detected. Please remove all USB device from the TV, and restart the TV by removing the AC power". This always happen and your technician ever got it fixed before, but now the problem appearing again. Please check what happen to this problem and stop this from happening again. Understanding that we have to change to Digital TV, but as mine is with MIO TV. Unfortunately mine MIO TV has not been in used for a year or so already and the remote control is out of control, I need your expertise advise on the changes or can you sent someone down to my place to check.
