My water is constantly estimated because meter readers can’t find my meter that has been in the same place for 35 years. Surely they are equipped with this information on their routes. I then get hit with a big bill when they finally DO stop and actually read it. Surely there is a limit on how many times they can estimate bills. I think it is sloppy work and a form of harassment to constantly estimate my bill just because your aren’t doing your job.
Today I received a red "door Hanger" notice that MLGW had been at my residence to investigate a leak at my water meter (8736 Carrollwood Cv N). It indicate that there was a cracked property pipe. This was at 10:05AM. I was at home at the time of this inspection and find it suspect that employee 02305 choose to just hang a notice and not make personal contact. I noticed a new cover on my meter housing and would like to know what, beside an inspection was done. (smart meter installation causing the leak etc). I have not had any significant increase in my water use to date. Thanks in advance for your prompt review of this mater.

Approximately 7-8 weeks ago, we had a water leak in the street in front of our house (for the second time). They came out and fixed the leak about the 12th or 13th of August. Since that time, we have had two stands and warning tape blocking our driveway. When are they going to repave the hole so we can use our driveway.
