I purchased a Trio Stealth G5 Tablet in July of this year, I had it for less then a month when it quit working. I contacted your support team and got a RMA to return my tablet to your company, this was done around the first of September. I have been communicating with Kevin Verdugo, he told me it was under warranty and that he would replace my tablet. It is now Oct. 11 and still have heard nothing. All I want is to either get my tablet or a refund of purchase price plus my cost to send tablet back to you. Please help me to resolve this issue. My RMA 090617TH6.

I sent in my tablet in for repair or replacement over a month ago and have emailed five times asking for a status of my tablet that I have only had for less than a month and was told to send it to your company, my RMA 090617TH6. Could you please let me know what else I need to do to get this matter resolved?.

First I want to say that I love my Eclipse MP4 T180. I bought it one and 1/2 yrs ago and it has brought me much joy. Problem is, it is now dying out. Other MP3-4's I've had lasted longer. My EclipseT180 will not kick in (to start) so I've found a way to give it a boost, i. E. Plugging it into my computer or plugging it into the wall with an adapter. Can you suggest an
easier way to get it to work? Kudos to those who wrote up the manual. Very clear and well thought-out
